Lizard Drinking Pty Ltd is a niche consulting company which provides services to large organisations in the private and public sectors. The company is owned and managed by Brenton Wright, and assignments are undertaken by Brenton and a small team of senior consultants. Lizard Drinking was established in 2001 and in 2011 celebrates 10 years of operation.

Lizard Drinking works with enterprises wishing to extend and improve their performance. We help our clients address both specific performance challenges as well as more general and strategic issues. We encourage a “whole-of-enterprise” view of performance, structure and strategic direction. We focus on strategic organisational, market and systems issues and while we typically look at big picture issues, our team is also very skilled at the detail level.
